Started playing Ker Nethalas for the first time. I’m using the starter dungeon to get used to the basic mechanics. So far the combat feels a bit weird, there’s a lot of rolls just to deal 0 damage. I refuse to accept that, one is minimum on a hit.
So I made a hero forge, she’s kinda hot for 51 yrs..

I was hoping to have more of him done by now, but that’s just not how things are going for me right now.

I don’t have discord, but it’s not terribly difficult to setup. If you painted her with vertex paint already you have created the attribute required, you just need to access it. Shift+A and add the color attribute (pink node) in the shader editor. You probably already have it there.

First step. She’s in there somewhere, I’m going to find her. I’ve been using the dyntopo a lot lately, I didn’t realize it had an option to decimate with the tool you’re using, so nice to smooth with decimate on in places that are overbuilt (from indecision) #beau #wip #3dart #nomadsculpt

It’s pretty wild that this file is only 220mb. I have 2d procreate documents that are larger. For the hair I have discovered that adding a simple wood grain normal to the uv of the tube gives a nice effect. If using PBR the roughness map of this is also nice. Sourced this from ambient CG. Wood006
