Spend time or money or whatever. I don’t have that map anymore, I don’t think. I do have a list of regrets that I wrote down for 24 hours (or 8 hours, I can’t remember). I had an alarm that would go off every now and then and I’d bold that particular regret. I remember a friend was reading them…
