I brought a suite of hot sauces and had to warn people, but probably not really, cuz most of these folks are from Peru and used to spicy business.
I'll say that the unexpected winner was the Johnny Hexburg OCD from South Africa, which is blazing hot with chocolate undertones!

Filled with a spinach, roasted red pepper and cheese mix, tied, fried, served with a matching cream sauce with basil.
Honestly one of the best things I've cooked all year.
