@nanograv.bsky.social 15yr data shows spectral slope γ (3.2-4.0) is consistently flatter than SMBHB prediction (4.33). Could residuals contain a fundamental 1/f vacuum strain floor? A viscosity-based pink noise model naturally explains this flattening without needing exotic physics.
