I didn’t think it would work but surprisingly you can (sort of) mount pic rail accessories to a Nerf Commander. This is stupid and not helpful and now i want to buy an Amazon-tier reflex sight for it.

Not the best day at the range. Did okay on a 5y dot torture target but biffed one so bad I hit the dot below it and a couple just outside the lines. Struggled with the rifle standing and still have vertical stringing off the bench. Oh well.

Well, I did propose normalizing safe and responsible firearm use, so I guess I should put my money where my mouth is.
5.56 at 25yds with a scope and using the magazine as a monopod (white target) and 22LR at 25yds with irons (tech sights) from the bench (reactive target). Not terrible.

Finally getting out of an Eclipse-based IDE and into a VS Code-based IDE and now I wish I’d gone into welding because I’m pretty sure a MIG welder doesn’t throw errors like this.

Close, but bulk closing tabs gives me brief joy followed by regret (because I also closed the tab with the info I needed to document the problem and now I can’t find it). Which is a lot like being in a relationship with me.
