Besides my ADHD and lack of patience I've figured out my issue with SRPGs compared to Shining Force.
-Shining Force II and Radiant Historia has exploration and approachable NPCs
-FF Tactics, Saiyuki, Valkyria Chronicles 2 no exploration
-Disgaea- hub
Never tried Fire Emblem

Took a coffee break. Been super busy day but fitting in Dragon Quest III where I can. Got my possibly last xmas gift early in the mail.
Love the stickers, not the main GS cast but they're not the focus in this game.
I know I will struggle this being a SRPG but I'm really gonna try.

So I just learned there are two supplements to the Goblin Slayer TRPG, one is a novel based off the TRPG and probably some monster stats and a second supplement that has the spells and class my wife wants to play.
But it isn't available in the US. And will we get it here? Who knows.

Played about...25 minutes of Dragon Quest III. Read maybe 20 pages of Goblin Slayer TRPG and wrote 4 pages of basic rules.
Seems a lot less complicated than D&D, especially the math.
The spell my wife wants to use have no equal in the book so I'll have to sub it.
Fun over mechanics. Especially solo.

Spent most of last night and 5 hours this morning renaming a character I created back 20 some years ago just to use in Dragon Quest III.
Also not ordering any older books from my local comic book shop. Takes too long to get in but I understand.

Played this in the summer of 99 during high school. First non Genesis game I played since 93. Taught me how to control a 3D camera.
First Zelda game I ever beat. Sheik is such a badass. Fantastic game and timeless.
