I know right. My morning routine is email/shacknews/FB/twitter and then see whats on twitch.
But the more i cut down the better my brain is doing I have found. Even the side trending stuff on twitter tends to just depress me nowadays.

I am here now and only still on 'Twitter' is to watch the last few feeds I still follow.
