I used to teach college in a MAGA area and I've seen how education—including exposure to different POVs—can counter ignorance and prejudice. You're right, folks need to be educated on *solutions* because no one's saving us.

I really appreciate that he has a statement on empathy! Elon Musk says "empathy is the fundamental weakness of Western civilization" and I'm ready for politicians to start pushing back against the toxic idea that we shouldn't care about others. This kind of thinking gave us MAGA.

Poor Ukraine. They're fighting for their existential survival and this corrupt regime is working for RUSSIA. I don't even recognize my country anymore.
