Solid agreement on both.

Way back when* considered a TV that had a built-in VCR, then somebody mentioned if either device failed, you were out both while out for repairs.

*So far back, you could actually get stuff repaired.

It wears on me at work if I'm working on the computer, the wind just howls up there. Always makes me think I'd have a hard time in the midwest/great plains where the wind is always blowing.

The sky this morning was glowing pink, and I thought of that old poem about "red sky in morning, sailors take warning."

There is a front that's coming.

Self-centered bungholes, pardon my language. I hope there's a lot of FAFO for them at the next election.

Wow, it looks really bright - until now, all the canvas prints I'd seen were kind of dim and "muddy" - as in not crisp and clear.

Good grief. They really want AI to do all our thinking for us. Probably why 47's considering changing the status of cannabis - so it can be our real life soma, where a gramme is better than a damn.

There's *such* good apple butter made in eastern TN - P used to bring some back every year from his journey to the big storytelling festival in Jonesboro

Probably elsewhere in the south as well. I don't know of anybody up here who makes it.

Oy. Spent a good amount of time just Friday talking about my limitations - and my difficulties trying to roll with them - their numbers are increasing, and I am exhausted - sick and tired! - from trying/having to find new adaptations even for ordinary, menial, activities.

Gave me a smile this morning :-)
Much appreciated, Uncle Duke.
