But it’s giant corporations with thousands of acres of monoculture like soy, corn and ghastly factory-farmed pigs or chickens. These farms are often owned by agri-business boards and CEOs. And yep, their hands are dirty from tax money—not cultivating soil. Family farms barely exist anymore.

Most people who live in suburban or metro areas are woefully undereducated about what “farming” is these days. They think of one lone guy with a straw hat driving his tractor putting up scarecrows. Or the family auctioning off their equipment and 100 year old house. 1/

I will—thanks for the suggestion! I’ve been studying Korean history from BC to AD. There were some hellacious torture methods. From boiling cauldrons of water to public beheadings by dancing executioners. So many possibilities.
