I've seen this "If we arrest the PDFs, systems will collapse" BS.
The systems will be absolutely fine, there are people equally or more competent waiting.
There's no way that the only people capable of running things ALL just happen to also be PDFs. Not one non-PDF can do it? Nah, there's plenty.

Trying to get my life back on track after a decade of being a shut-in due to mental health (OCD and friends)
It's really hard, and I feel I need more support.
I've searched and it seems like OCD specialists just don't exist locally, and I don't even know what to look for my specific situation.

Another cardio session done. Friends and family have been surprised to hear that I don't listen to music or anything when I work out. I have my Loops in blocking sound and just think about stuff, occasionally checking my heart rate.

The vast chasm between where I'm at mentally vs physically with working out is rather apparent after two sessions. I knew I'd have to take it easy to start, but I might have to take it a little easier 😅

Went back to the gym for the first time since I became a shut-in in 2014.
It's dual purpose.
To help strengthen my body that has weakened from 10+ years being sedentary, and to make me get back outside regularly.
I worked hard but cautiously since my body isn't used to it. Feeling very accomplished!
