After Marks & Spencer vacated the building in 2001, it was plagued by short term or split tenancies, the longest being Esprit, which moved out during the pandemic.

LOL - in #TombRaiderRemastered on PS5 somebody sneakily coded balls to the statue in TR Chronicles Trajan's Market level. (They don't appear when you toggle on the original 90s graphics)
