Purely anecdotal, but it certainly feels like my high school students' ability to follow directions has declined since 2020. I often wonder how much long COVID is to blame.

Not having to always give a grade makes timeliness much easier. It’s a lot easier to give feedback on an exit ticket when I don’t have to worry about how to assign a point value.

Plus, I imagine it’s a lot easier to receive feedback when there’s not an F staring at you
