Has anyone written a book of compiled of technical interview horror stories yet? Every single dev I’ve ever met has at least a dozen bad interview stories. Shocked to hear even @nerdy.dev got the run around here.

The scariest part of AI isn’t the AI, it’s the decision makers and higher ups who believe AI is the one size fits all tool, that will magically fix all problems, cut costs, and boost revenue

A thorough inspection is the best place to start I think. In particular, check the condition of the roof (missing shingles, shingles don't match, age, etc.) Insurance companies are such butt heads about roof claims. Also check the water heater, not super expensive, but they can flood when too old.

www.chartjs.org is the classic default. But in case you did want to do something that uses React: nivo.rocks is really spiffy and nice to use.

There’s been so much awesome stuff happening in the CSS world lately. Still feels like a vastly undervalued skill unfortunately.
