When they fought last season over Bobby, Eddie made it up by bringing in Pepa and Chris. He knows that Buck looks at them as family so why Buck couldn't be involved is still a valid question. Eddie and Buck at best ARE “family” yet they’re acting like “co workers”.

Eddie could’ve said Buck could come over but that they weren't doing the seance. But even still, if it was just a Halloween movie night, why would Eddie not invite Buck? There's so much inconsistency with S7 & 8 and its bleeding into 9.

The entire Texas arc (last season) was about Eddie yet he made it necessary to keep in contact with Buck. This isn't about Buddie, this is about two friends who seem to have had little to no contact for month. Its not about Eddie saying no, its how disinterest he was being in Buck’s presence.

So are they not even friends now?? It’s still early and while I enjoyed the episode, I don’t like how purposefully distant Buck & Eddie are off hours. Ravi deserves more character development outside of Buck and I hope we see Buck involved with Eddie’s mourning of Abuela next episode. #911onABC

You can see Eddie evolving as a character with his faith and being less codependent himself and tbh, I felt like Buck was making those same moves learning to be alone last season. I see this pattern of whenever Buck is good, Eddie isn’t and now it’s vice versa. Shit is annoying. #911onABC

The point is that Buck doesn’t treat Ravi like a friend. He uses Ravi like a placeholder. This is almost similar to Tommy. Buck didn’t really need Ravi, he was just lonely which makes whatever is going on with Eddie & Buck more annoying because why are they so distant? #911onABC

In S8, Ravi was annoyed that he had to get Bucks dry cleaning and he was visibly bored going to the bar with him. In 9x05, Buck lies to Ravi about going to a Halloween party just to get him to come to his house. Ravi got all dressed up just to be TOLD he’s playing ghost hunter. #911onABC

#911onABC makes Buck look codependent while Eddie seems to be moving on and now Ravi is forced to be Buck’s non-consenting “sidekick”. Buck treats him like an underling and you can see that Ravi doesn’t like it. Ravi clearly pity’s Buck and puts up with him because they’re work partners.

Eddie seemed almost disinterested in Buck. Bobby bringing them together and now them coming apart in his death would make sense if they didn’t spend the last 8 years going through countless NDE’s & crying at each others bed side. Both grieve differently but the love should still be there. #911onABC

Thinking about this ridiculous #SellingSunset season. Mary has been a villain, and her microaggresions toward Chelsea have been noted. This season it's really on full display, Bre right alongside Mary, and they should be ashamed, along with Jason and the workplace for trying to gloss over it.

Angela Bassett has won an Emmy 10x over in the episode alone.

What a legend.
