Almost got out of work on time on Black Eye Friday.
Unfortunately, the opening chef got forgot to empty the fryer basket of oil (he should have), So when the closing chef (me) dropped the fryers...👇. Finished 1 .5 hrs late.

Such a great night out for my husband's birthday, where I work. My guys pulled out the stops for us. Love them.
I baked a cake. It got a bit mushed in transport, but I was happy with it and I'm not a pastry chef, I'm a grill chef.
