NIAID posted paylines (interim and final) for all types of grants. Generally if you made the payline, you got the money.

I got a 3rd percentile on my grant this summer. Council met before the shutdown. No JIT yet. 🤦🏻♀️

The NIH director told attendees the NIH doesn't do enough innovative research.

My SRO said the second third of the applications will be designated competitive non-discussed in the summary and the bottom third will be designated non-competitive non-discussed in the summary.

Nothing is cheap anywhere in the U.S. anymore. It’s all relative though. I could not afford a house on either of the coasts.
