Sounds like they are defunding the Mona Loa carbon monitoring station. This was a key measurement outpost that discovered long-term carbon rise and is only $140k/year. Such a travesty. I hope private funding can be found to fill this era of stupidity.

The other method is to partially fill the tank and bleed it back to empty until it's nice and frosty. But always worth weighing the tank before and after to make sure you are not over filling. Having the burst disk blow in your kitchen is not fun. (I hear)

The trick is that liquid CO2 likes to travel toward the colder tank. Also you can get full tanks with a siphon tube built in so you don't have to hold upside down 😎

The traffic in Austin is some of the worst I have seen in the country and those units are not even filled yet. The other half of building housing is infrastructure to go along with it. I suspect this is a challenge for a state that does not believe in taxes.

In CA, the largest US car market, saw increases from all EV brands, but @Tesla "All of the decrease in the state market last year was attributable to Tesla, which had an 11.6% decline," it said. "Registrations for all other brands increased 1.4%."
