I'm curious to see if apologizing will actually do anything or if it's too little too late. Having other actors publicly turn against you (Dan Stevens, Aimee Lou Wood) is a pretty sure sign she's signed her death warrant in Hollywood

I do feel kinda sad for her through because the MAGA male audience she's trying to court has already proven once before that they will attack her when she doesn't fit their standards (Remember those bikini photos that MAGA tried calling her fat for?) and they will do so again in the future

So i'm curious to see if her various failures this year will stall the development on those movies. The fact American Eagle said that they would continue to work with her then months later quietly dropped her in favor of Martha Stewart proves she's too controversial right now for anyone to work for

Sure, Euphoria is next year and that will probably be successful but if it's not? Oh BOY that will be the real disaster since it's audience will be the most turned off by Sydney's antics. Also she has multiple video game adaptations in the works right now(Outrun, Gundam, Split Fiction)

The fact that she has 4 box office bombs THIS YEAR is pretty unprecedented and that she might soon have a 5th (even through The Housemaid has the highest chance of being successful) would tell any executive in Hollywood regardless of their own opinions is that she is box office poison right now

Honestly, I've seen more people say Showgirl was the album that made them finally 'get' Taylor than any other album. Hell on Facebook, Boomers have been lavishing the album. Which i agree with because i love Showgirl
