The stomach issues saga continues but I just made it out of surgery for what is hopefully gonna be "the big fix". 🤞 I wasn't as loopy as I was from my last thing but here are my post-operation sketchbook drawings.

Replayed Signs of the Sojourner last night and it's even more of a masterpiece than I remembered it being. So many moments where the blending of storytelling & gameplay took my breath away on replay (like how Matilde stays upbeat by cycling grief out her hand so that it's easier to talk to her).

Just did my first RISO workshop at Outlet PDX and it was a blast!! I made a little 3v3 paper miniature battle set.

The big game design news is that my game Confusing Lands released this year! Working on some new stuff for it that I’ll hopefully be able to share soon 👀. I also made a game for PIGSquad’s tabletop game jam and have been working on a lot of new prototypes as well. 3/5

Been doing more physical sketching & drawing over the course of 2024. Going to invest in more supplies and try to work on some more polished physical pieces in 2025. I found a local studio that does weekly life drawing and I’m excited to check that out too! 2/5
