(changed the extern to be mutable, which I think is ok? afaik *mut c_void is an intended use for __ImageBase. I'm bad with this low level windows API stuff)
also changed the returns to be on "major" steps (where extra uncertainty is introduced from monads or the final value)

Since __ImageBase is defined as an immutable C extern, it won't let me &raw mut, but if I change the definition it works... This, especially the second one, looks a lot less sus but low level stuff is like a total blind spot for me lol thank you for the help
