Mine was an incredibly clean break. The X-ray showed the shear line and it just displaced perfectly.

Still do not recommend.

Snohomish county has shutdown 24 this year for the same reason. We have loved our local ones, but the most recent stopped showing up a couple weeks ago. 😭😭

I would bet the 163 complaints about them were from a total of less than 10 people.
