Anyways that's my musings. If anyone likes the idea feel free to take it for whatever medium you do. I'm gonna get back to waking up and eating my cereal.

The biggest struggle would be a desire to NOT use medical definitions of each condition. Rather talk with people and get their personal feelings and experiences in order to create this vibe of unfamiliarity correctly.

The goal is to feel like each song is from the point of view of an alien in a messed up world. The whole album being from a survivor in a place they just don't belong. Maybe a bit of wishing they could just leave/ everyone visit their planet where things make sense.

Added into it, each track uses different instruments and genres to help with the listener feel the condition in some way too. Insomnia lulls you down but the lyrics never let you rest. Anxiety ramps up but never has a payoff the whole song. Paralysis has familiar elements like bass stripped away.

However each song is very particular. Never saying ONCE the condition it's about, nor even explaining what the emotions are similar to. Depression never says "sad" for example. As the depressed person isn't thinking through their thoughts like that. They're just existing and we're seeing their view.

Title flowed between a handful of thoughts as I was dealing with morning brain. But it always hovered around that idea.
The concept of the album is that each song talks about a different condition and their experience with the world. Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Autism, Paralysis, insomnia, etc.
