Tbh, I think that undersells it. If half of what Lizza is true, it's one of the worst ethical violations of journalism of our lifetimes

I think it's that Mark Guiducci is well known to be more socialite than newsman and he saw an opportunity for "controversy" in addition to Nuzzi being very popular with many high ranking journalists. And a very unfounded assumption that the scandal was old news and done.
