something i’m such a huge fan of in Cybertron is how it takes 2 classic Seekers and gave each of them a spin on the G1 design. like, they’re both clearly inspired by the Seeker design (head shape, stuff on the shoulders, cockpit chest), but they’re still different. we don’t really see this anymore.

The DNA kit for Animated Optimus Prime really is a dream come true. Turned an “eh, neat homage but doesn’t feel right” figure into straight up Season 4 wish fulfillment. The side effect of also finally having a Wingblade Optimus is pretty sweet too (see first pic).
