I made a PR for creating documentation of one of our project. the PR description has the following content. what does this do? updated the project Readme created contributing guide created code styling guide added project license (MIT) and a list of PR type with the items: feature bug fix / hot fix refactor / folder restructure reliability / test / docs styling / components / ui / ux typo / readability 'reliability / test / docs' option is selected from the list
