Ah one step ahead! I hope it goes well for you!!

And I get that feeling, eating and planning meals can be a major pain in the ass
November 16, 2025 at 12:40 PM
But with the bloated feeling you get by upping your calories, I'm assuming you've been eating so little for a long time

Best thing to do, is talk to your PCP and get an appointment with a nutritionist. They can be very helpful of working thru those things

Sorry it's been a hot minute your ratness. Hurt my knee at practice this week so been dealing with all that.

Adding mass will always come with bad weight gain even more so at our age....

Gotcha! When you go over the 1700 and get the belly bloat, do you have an idea of the amount of fiber your getting?

Outside the gym, how active are you? You at the desk most of the day or are you up and moving a lot?
November 11, 2025 at 6:12 PM
Good Lord you are a tall boy!

Next bit I have to say, I am not a Dr, trainer, or nutritionist. Just a big boy who likes to lift heavy things and throw people

For your body comp/age, I would expect something like this to lose 1 pounds a week

2100 - 2300 calories
166 - 197 grams of protein

...

Is that the break point from your own experience, or is that from an external source.

If we doing this we doing it right. What's your Age, Height, and how often to you work out more then 30 mins a day?
November 11, 2025 at 5:48 PM
1500 is shockingly low. What do you weigh?
November 11, 2025 at 5:40 PM
I'm doing that cycle right now, cutting down from 256, currently 238, next mile stone for me is 230.

Also if you wanna talk details and all that not in public happy to DM
November 11, 2025 at 5:29 PM
Since adding mass you'll also gain weight and that might make that feeling worse for you.

Next step will be to figure out your macro's, can help if you need, and what's a good milestone weight to work towards. Once you hit the mile stone you evaluate "cut more, maintain, or bulk" ...

So first of all you do look good! But there's nothing wrong with wanting to work on a few things.

With where you are at, I'm assuming your experienced in the gym from your build, you need to pick what to work on next.

If you feel your looking fat, that's probably the best place to start....

Prime, and air brush the lavas color. I used acrylic ink over pains for this step.

Next is the resin. I use Piccassio UV resin. Pour out a layer and cure it. Then, ideally with some sort of nosel tip on the bottle, add streaks. With a silicone tool in one hand and the uv light in the other, flash the resume for a second or less and then try and manipulate it. Repeat till set.

Next layer some AK asphalt on the cork and up on to the rocks. Make sure to run your tool along the edges. I find it helps reduce cracking

Starts with modeling clay, baked in a oven at 400f for 30 mins. Pull it out and break it into pieces, will give you this texture.

Mount that and add cork around the bases to help add shape
