Connect the seams in blender, make a texture that blends both together with proper shading in substance painter, then in unity make an exact copy paste material that share the same lighting/shading properties for face and body.

what annoys me the most is the amount of indicators that players are in fact having a gunfight, flares and sounds and arcs all gathering around a single gunfight, so once we finish off a team or two, even three at times, a 4th and 5th team will just start pouring in and it's exhausting.
