Sounds like the GB/SNES versions are akin to, say, the Dawn of Souls versions of FF 1 and 2? Largely the same game, just with tweaked graphics, some mechanical changes, and maybe some bonus content?

As someone who doesn't know too much about Dragon Quest:

A: Would you recommend the HD-2D trilogy?

And B: is 3>1>2 the recommended playing order of those titles?

My enjoyment and appreciation of ASCII art probably came from looking at GameFAQs guides in the early 2000s, not gonna lie.

I remember picking some dandelions from our backyard and giving them to my mother when I was a kid, thinking they were a kind of flower and not a weed.

What a sweet thought from those kids to do that.

I'm pretty good about saying thank you, but I do admit that I'm not the greatest about remembering to say please - particularly in casual conversation. It's probably a fault of mine, although I'd like to think I still get a passing grade when it comes to being kind and respectful to people.
