Legends ZA focuses much less on exploration and more on battles though. And the battling was the best aspect of it as a result, so they more or less doubled down on it in an interesting way. A new map would’ve no doubt been dope, but I don’t think it would’ve been necessary either imo

Are the Crown Tundra and Indigo Disk really cool? Yeah. Do they improve the base game in any significant way? Nah, not really. This kinda feels like an evolution of ZA’s battle mechanics by giving it a roguelite element where you have to optimize each run for the best rewards

I kinda prefer this route ngl. This feels more similar to BotW’s DLC where it adds new content and challenges to the base game that shake it up in an interesting way. I was never really a fan of how divorced SwSh and ScarVi’s DLC were from the rest of the game

As if the people making the game are the same ones working on the show, be so fr😭Which’s actually getting the next season around the time this game drops
