Heater, but I also have noticed I gain 1-2% from full cold start to driving for a few miles. Almost as if whatever is determines the battery's SOC isn't able to accurately determine SOC unless it is at ideal internal temperatures.

The plot sneaks up on you. I figured "Oh this is the far distant future and everyone has forgotten what happened and turned tribal. But I'm confused why everyone speaks English with the same basic accent"
