the game idea is simple: choose a dragon, lay waste to a town, grow your length & strength, use the gold hoard you amassed to buy new elemental dragons (like the SULFUR dragon you see at the end!)

Slingmon's evolution, Cannomon!
Level- Baby II Type- Slime

A fiery baby digimon with a lot to prove. Though less outwardly aggressive than Slingmon, it is capable of much deadlier attacks when provoked.

A fanmade digimon designed by the user. It resembles a small grey cartoon cannon, with stubby pointed legs instead of wheels and a hole in each side from which a yellow eye peers out. There's a crack at the top and bottom of each eyehole making it look like a classic digimon eye. It's spewing fire from its cylindrical mouth, and it has a 'tail' made from a lit fuse.

Redesigns of Piccolo and his potential unleashed form, sporting much more pink/red visible muscle tissue, as well as bumps on his shoulders and forearms. His ears are flat to the side of his head and disappear in potential unleashed, where he also gets much smoother, somewhat slimmer and his digits become rounded instead of blocky.

Accidentally touched digital again to revisit some concept art principles I've been trying to understand.
Brain monsters with crab claws, these are fan concepts for a video game called The Holdouts. Drawing during an online event with Paul Richards describing his own creature design process for the game. A follow up doodle where I try to parse some things Paul Richards said recently. Some artists lean into curves, others think in more angular terms. I've been exploring curve-counter-curve, and noticed that it acts as a sort of marriage between the SIN vs SAW conflict that Paul pointed out.

Slingmon
Level- Baby I Type- Slime

Surprisingly violent for a baby level, Slingmon will gather in groups and pelt other digimon with rocks (Pebble Pelt). When cornered it can snap its elastic headband to launch itself away from danger (Elastrike)

A fan digimon by the user resembling a rock with a slingshot attached to its forehead. Attached to the arms of the slingshot is a red band that is used to fling projectiles, while under them are two large green eyes with no visible whites and big round pupils. They are rimmed by thick black outlines, and a band of wood stretches down from where the slingshot arms meet (a pointed edge) forming a stripe down its face.

Namekians from Dragonball redesigned. A civilian, Kami and Piccolo in his Demon King and young forms. They all have more prominent red muscular details, looking as if the green is armour over the top of a vulnerable core.

Longbeard Corviknight

An ancient Corviknight whose lifespan and power were increased by residual dynamax particles in its habitat. Though it lost an eye long ago, its aim is impeccable.

An alternate form of Corviknight designed by the user, along the lines of Bloodmoon Ursaluna. It resembles an elderly version of the pokemon, with a long grey beard and all the non-metal feathers on its body being grey. It has tufts of feather at the ankles, a more prominent collar at its shoulders, larger 'crown' spikes (the middle having a small grey scar on it) and a large red X scar over one eye. The first three feathers on its wings are grey with red patterns at the tip, and it's folded them together to use as a blade. Overall its colours are darker and less saturated than base Corviknight.
