💛 Vax is good at cooking! He’d for sure have one of those social media accounts that just videos of him cooking on a rock by a river.
💙 Gareth never really learned to cook. He survives mainly by being friends with people who can cook and the local food vendors.

Gareth DOES NOT like Vax. His mother left when he was 10 to aid the Inquisition & then disappeared. Fenris left him in Kirkwall 4 yrs later to search for Hawke so in his mind his family is ruined b/c of Vax. + w/ Solas still causing trouble it only adds to his resentment.

Gareth would cause a fight within minutes, for sure. He hates The Game and is naturally very blunt and direct so he has no patience for it. He’d get himself kicked out so fast it would probably set a record. 😂

Vax is a fast learner, and picks up just enough of the Game to turn it against others.
He was so distracted by how good Dorian looked, he managed to lock the fuck in & neutralize the Court with minimal loss of life so that he could sneak off to finally make a move on Dorian.

Gareth saw what leadership did to his mother, and never wanted to follow in her footsteps. He constantly worried about making the wrong choices, and only after the fade prison & reuniting with his family does he start to truly embrace his role. He never considers himself a hero, just a guardian.

Vax never wanted to be a hero or a leader. He hated being trapped in the south, but felt compelled to help those in need despite vehemently rejecting the title of ‘herald’. Inquisitor wasn’t much better for him but it served a purpose. He largely considers himself a failure for not catching Solas.

💛 Vax is super secure and confident in his looks, but he does get self-conscious about a large scar on his neck he picked up during Inquisition.
💙 Gareth loves his eyes bc one of them is the same as his mother’s & he has so little of her left. He hates how much he looks like his father.
