A screenshot of the Cython release notes, listing "features added" in version 3.1.0rc2. "rc" is "release candidate" and it's highly unusual to add new *features* in a release candidate.

NGL, today was not a bad day to wake up with 16kg (35lbs) worth of cat on top of me. Even when the 12kg one woke up and tried to sit on my face. Let's say that was why I had trouble getting up myself.
