I mean…both TvC and MvC3 are essentially four button - L M H S - fighting games with a tag mechanic and developed by 8ing in direct succession.

MvC3’s base mechanics are built on the skeleton of TvC’s.

Tekken 4 has the best OST in the franchise, at least in terms of being genuinely musically adventurous. Every other Tekken OST is good to great, but they tend to fit a certain singular ideal or sonically thematic motif. T4 is all over the place by comparison, but in the best possible way.
