In short, this looks like a re-run of a similar deal last year when Joly initially denied its existence, before admitting that she had to intervene to stop it.

In short, this looks like a re-run of a similar deal last year when Joly initially denied its existence, before admitting that she had to intervene to stop it.

We knew in our hearts this had to be the case but had no proof. What I blame CMOH/Higgs for even more was not keeping us informed about numbers of cases. People stopped testing, stopped getting vaccines because they thought COVID was over. Higgs and Russell have deaths on their hands.
