My 6-well plates have two chamfered corners I stead of one, and therefore fall through the stage of the fluorescent scope in our core. These things are ridiculous!

My then-soon-to-be postdoc advisor asked me what I wanted to be when I grow up during our initial meeting. So later than you might otherwise think? That being said, I'm fond of the idea that growing older is mandatory but growing up is optional.
