One thing that could help you choose is listing how else you can use it! For example for me, I needed something that could replace a laptop while I'm away from home so the Ipad did check more of my requirements

I have an Ipad pro in addition to my cintiq and I'm very satisfied by it BUT if you choose it, I'd say to buy a paperlike screen protector as well because otherwise, the screen is too sleepery-ish
