Your hardware/software doesn't support on-device passkeys, or it's not configured correctly. You can try contacting the tech support of your device manufacturer. This is how mine looks. It asks to create a passkey by verifying my identity directly on my laptop.

Roast chicken with risotto (frozen packaged, I didn't have that much time...) and sauteed mushrooms (too much sauce in the plate, poured most of it back...)
