Minus the flaxseed (which my mom loves to add) it’s fairly likely all the ingredients are lying around one’s kitchen too, so easy way to make use of those inevitably ugly bananas one tends to also have lying around. 😅

Ground pork would also work, or meatloaf type mix for the meat. I’m sure ground turkey might even be good if you want a slightly healthier version. Really whatever you have around. 😂

Sauté onions, minced garlic, and a lb of ground beef with a splash of soy sauce until cooked through. Add 1.5 cup kimchi and a generous dollop of gochujang. Mix and simmer on low while poaching eggs and briefly blanching spinach. Toss spinach with salt, sesame oil, scallions. Serve all over rice. ✨

Ya I think that’s what happened to me, I needed two turns in his 2nd. I think it was pure luck I survived his attack and then beat him. I don’t know how people manage the parrying. 😆

I started a third playthrough, not on NG+, I wanted to go back to being weak at first. 😂 I got to Simon on my NG+ run but I didn’t beat him by parrying, I ended up going a super buff Maelle route so I could kill him almost before he could attack. I think he got to attack once, thankfully. 😅

I started a third playthrough, not on NG+, I wanted to go back to being weak at first. 😂 I got to Simon on my NG+ run but I didn’t beat him by parrying, I ended up going a super buff Maelle route so I could kill him almost before he could attack. I think he got to attack once, thankfully. 😅
Thanks! I am definitely pleased with it. I’ve never chiseled out a layer like that so I wasn’t sure it would illuminate well but it worked fairly well!

Thank you! My wrist & arm are definitely a bit sore after spending the afternoon on that yesterday. 😅 Worth it, though. I love that game so much. I think it likely another playthrough is in my near future. ✨

Adorable name! 💝 Ours was a rescue too, he and his siblings were fostered as kittens with a local woman because the county shelter was full. We got him almost exactly two years ago. 🥰

It’s such a different experience for me, as mom to a neurodivergent. My son only likes toys that sing songs or say phrases, like toddler toys. He’s 11 now, but he only gravitates towards the stuff for little kids, and even then he rarely asks for anything. It’s hard to find presents for him.
