I also listened to these headphones. I liked it very much, but as you wrote, the added highs sounded unnatural. I wish it sounded a little flatter. But the resolution was good.

密閉型なので音が漏れないというのがまず大前提としてありますよね。録音中にヘッドフォンから音が漏れるとまずいですから。あとは軽いという事も選ばれている理由の一つかと思います。スタジオワークは長時間に及びますので。音はまあまあで、良いとは言えませんが比較的安く、どんなジャンルでも重要な部分は聞き取れるので良く使われている理由ではないでしょうか。最近はミュージシャンはイヤモニ使っている方が多い印象です。
