The longest night of the year is over! From here on out, the days will be getting longer. Seems like a good time to introduce my #crochet #SunriseSunset reading wrap. Made w/ Caron’s #MacchiatoCake in Bewitch, it features a good & pockets big enough for a cone of #yarn, #knitting needles & a book

Good morning 🧶 people! What’s on your needles & hooks today? I just added the purple to my #violetsinsnow concept. First time in a hot minute I’ve done multi-colored #strandedknitting so of course I’m using #alpaca & #mohair in #sock & #lace weight. 🤦🏽 I think I need more ☕️☕️

I’ve been struggling with 2 skeins of #yarn for more than a week. One is a bulky tonal. The other a cream & blue of varying weights. There have been many false starts & frogged projects as I looked for the right design to show them off. Finally, they have resolved themselves into a hat! #knitting

I have a love hate relationship with “one size fits all/most” Why do so many people want to wear the exact same thing in the exact same size? That’s not #fashion, it’s a uniform. So even though I use patterns for my #hats, each is unique and #handmade #knitting #crochet #yarnsofmanycolors
