Winter is when most birds are gone and we photograph a lot of chickadees. And I am not complaining. 🪶

I was a bit late for the game. When we went out, there was not a strong showing of aurora. Just some faint green and red. However, when we went back home, there was a sudden burst again. It was so cool that we could still capture some decent images from our backyard in the city. #aurora

This is a Say's Phoebe. A lifer for me seen in the mile high city. He just jumped out from no where and posed for me nicely on a big rock. 🪶

It seems in the mile high city, they had a bunny problem. I was ok with that as a traveler 😄

Been away for a bit, but I saw a couple of new birds 🥰
This fella is a rock wren. He stopped by briefly for me to capture this lifer picture, and I am grateful for that. 🪶
