had a conversation recently that forced me to look in the mirror a little more closely. It was uncomfortable, but also an eye opening motivator to grow.
I can’t wait to reach a day where the growth becomes visible and not just something I’m trying to explain.

I feel like I’ve gotten way better at my overthinking. I catch it more often before I fully spiral, I’m able to communicate to my friends better when it does happen. I go to therapy to check in with someone and learned techniques to help myself

I wasn't sad in the moment because I'm always excited for the other person - they're amazing players and i'm honored to match with them, but it sucks to have prepped so hard to not even be remotely comparable to the three others in my pool
