I understand what you’re saying. But calling a swastika a hate symbol is not a DEI issue. Clearly the Coast Guard agreed, because they certainly reverted quickly after that newspaper piece came out.

2/ Here’s the full memo. I spent years working on counter-extremism issues, under 3 Administrations, including at a JTTF. All out targeting domestic groups like this is such an assault on democracy. How are Republicans standing for this? When is it too much?
