If I understood correctly, yes, she can possibly get it opened since it’s a civil case. The Statute of Limitations expired so there’s not a criminal case.

Exactly! People like 47 will do whatever you let them get away with. But like any coward, stand up to him & he’ll piss himself. I don’t understand why grown adults can’t just tell him NO.
