Lately, I’ve been carrying a hip flask of whiskey in my pocket. I recognize it’s a bad habit, and I need to stop carrying it and cut back on drinking.

今月は8回ジムに行けました。たった8回だけど、今までよりは進んでます。全然スタイルが良くならないけど、続けなきゃ意味ないんだなって思って、頑張ります。好きな人たちの横を歩く時にスタイルの悪い体で歩きたくないという思いが常にあります。好きな人のために頑張るという思いでやります。
