Is Miyake actually reading Japanese scholarship? From the very first paragraph, I doubt he's up on Khitan studies, especially since he doesn't seem to have properly engaged even with the work by Takeuchi that he cites.

Shen (2025) identified 𘯙 𘬥𘮅𘰷𘰴 γʊʊr šalz-əd and 𘬦 𘰺𘰗𘰴𘭢 taw tüldəəl as Khitan calques of the Confucian ethical concepts the Three Cardinal Principles 三綱 and the Five Constant Virtues 五常, respectively.

Takeuchi (2025) mentioned this topic in his latest paper published in CAJ issue 68, and also discussed the discrepancy between the reconstructed forms of “snake” derived from KSS and KLS.

After 15 years the Jurchen script is getting close to inclusion in the Unicode Standard with this joint proposal from myself and Prof. Sun Bojun to encode a set of 914 Jurchen characters

From the list of KSS graphemes in Ōtake (2020), I've marked the ones I found that are not listed in Unicode. C13 resembles U+18CA5, but it is unclear if they are identical. C21 has been regarded as an allograph of U+18BA1 <üü>, but it has recently been verified as a distinguished grapheme <and>.
