POVs aren't necessarily unmarked police vehicles. These are unmarked cars. If someone's being forced or coerced in something with no blue lights or official marking, it's a POV and they're being abducted. Even trained, sworn in LE can't put someone in their personal vehicle.

Forgive me if it's repetitive but their personal vehicles aren't 'unmarked cars'. They are absolutely KIDNAPPING people. A legit unmarked PO/SO car has lights in unusual places that are hard to see unless flashing so look closely , they're well maintained, with controls on the dash. BE SAFE!! 💙💙

These are 'unmarked police vehicles'. They are well maintained, have lights usually small and hard to see unless you're looking if not flashing, they'll have controls on the dash. DO NOT voluntarily get into someone's personal vehicle, if they force someone, it's abduction.

I'm dropping this when relevant to show a true 'unmarked police vehicle'. They will have lights in unusual places, be very well maintained, and have controls on the dashboard. Shoving people into a personal vehicle is kidnapping/abduction. 💙💙

Here is an example of an unmarked car. No one in law enforcement can put someone into a personally owned vehicle. If you see it happening, BE SAFE, only film if you can safely.

Dangerous but the guy taking a photo is well within his rights. You CAN take photos and record LE though the driver clearly wasn't a PO. You DO NOT have to get in a personally owned vehicle. A legit LE vehicle will have lights where a normal one doesn't and you are allowed to ask for a badge.
