The important part we keep missing is that all of these arrests are unconstitutional. They're made without probable cause and then even if the person has legal status, they just disappear somewhere half the time.

I guess if I were Canadian, I could not visit the U.S. I have no Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc., and there is no way I would tell them my Bsky handle.
